You’ll receive an email confirming that your friend took advantage of your invitation, including next steps to receive your reward. It may take up to 14 days for your email to arrive. And remember, you can visit your Refer-a-Friend dashboard to see the latest status and activity of your referrals.

Once you complete your purchase, look out for an email with next steps around receiving your reward. It may take up to 14 days for your email to arrive. After you and your friend meet eligibility requirements and remain in good standing for 90 days, you’ll each receive an email in 4-6 weeks with your reward. To be considered in good standing, your Xfinity account can't have an unpaid balance or be temporarily disconnected and your internet and/or mobile services must remain active.
