These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Xfinity Refer-a-Friend program from Comcast (the “Program”). By receiving Rewards (defined below) or otherwise participating in the Program, you, as either the referring customer (“Advocate”) or the individual referred to Xfinity (the “Referred Customer”) acknowledge you have read these Terms and agree to by bound by them.
- Advocate Enrollment. To refer friends and family to Xfinity and receive Rewards as an Advocate, you must (a) be an existing Xfinity Internet customer in good standing, (b) enroll in the Program using your Xfinity account credentials by visiting www.xfinity.com/referafriend (the “Site”), (c) comply with any Program requirements, and (d) accept these Terms. Once enrolled, a personalized dashboard will be available with options to share referrals via email or various social media platforms. You may only initiate referrals by sharing your personal referral link (the “Referral Link”) located in your dashboard in accordance with any Site requirements. Advocates shall make referrals to only friends and family to whom they have permission to send the referral.
- Referred Customer Enrollment. To receive Rewards under the Program as a Referred Customer, you must (a) enroll in the Program through a Referral Link provided to you by an Advocate, (b) comply with any Program requirements, (c) accept these Terms, and (d) purchase Eligible Services (defined below) through Xfinity’s digital platform using the same Referral Link.
- Eligible Services. Under the Program, Advocates and Referred Customers satisfying all Program and Reward eligibility criteria shall each receive a virtual pre-paid card (“Reward”). Rewards are issued for qualifying purchase by Referred Customers of the following residential services (collectively, the “Eligible Services”):
- Xfinity post-paid internet services, excluding, without limitation, Internet Essentials, NOW services, and bulk internet (“Eligible Xfinity Internet”);
- Xfinity Mobile post-paid services, up to a maximum of 5 lines (each line, an “Eligible Xfinity Mobile Line”), only when added to a qualifying Xfinity internet service.
- Reward Criteria.
- Rewards are only available to Comcast residential customers with an account in good standing throughout the Program term, who are 18 years of age or old.
- The Referred Customer must enroll in the Program and activate Eligible Services within 30 days of the date the Referral Link was shared. The Referred Customer must maintain the Eligible Services for a period of at least 90 days. If any Eligible Services are cancelled, downgraded or changed during this 90 day period, the Reward (if any) will be based on only the remaining Eligible Services satisfying the Program and Reward criteria on the 90th day.
- The Referred Customer must meet Comcast’s standard qualifications for purchasing the Eligible Services. Comcast shall have the right to reject the purchase of Eligible Services by a Referred Customer in its sole discretion.
- The Referred Customer must not have been a customer of any Xfinity service for a period of 120 days prior to purchasing Eligible Services through a Referral Link, except that the Referred Customer may be an Xfinity Internet customer if the Referred Customer is adding Xfinity Mobile.
- A Referred Customer may not use more than one Referral Link per Eligible Service.
- Rewards. The Reward amounts are set forth below. The type and amount of the Reward is subject to change at any time in Comcast’s sole discretion.

All referrals must be initiated only through the Advocate dashboard on the Site.
- Sharing of Information. By participating in the Program, the Advocate and Referred Customer agree that Comcast may share their name, referral channel (such as e-mail, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, X, or WhatsApp), service activation status and date and other information with the Advocate and/or Referred Customer and others, including third-party providers, for the purpose of administering the Program as detailed in the Xfinity privacy policy available at https://www.xfinity.com/privacy/policy.

- IN NO EVENT WILL COMCAST BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR MORE THAN $500 PER CALENDAR YEAR FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORYY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TORT OR CONTRACT).
